June 1, 2020 WFP Income Fund - Interperiod Update - Correction

June 1, 2020, Newport Beach, California – The WFP Income Fund (the “Fund”), managed by Wilshire Finance Partners, provided an Interperiod Updated as of May 29, 2020 which reported an anticipated loss to the Fund’s investors on a loan secured by a retail property near the University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) to be approximately 0.06%, net of an offset from the Loan Loss Allowance.  That loss percentage contained a typographical error.

 

Based on the information available as of May 29, 2020, the Fund will write down that loan and it is anticipated investors in the Fund will incur a loss of approximately 0.60%, net of an offset from the Loan Loss Allowance, which will be reflected in the investors capital account balances.
