Commercial Mortgage / Business Development Representative
Wilshire Finance Partners is a balance sheet lender specializing in small balance apartment and commercial real estate bridge loans.
We are hiring mortgage loan professionals with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience to join our team.
As a Business Development Representative you will develop new broker and correspondent relationships with commercial mortgage brokers, commercial mortgage bankers, banks and other parties in the commercial real estate business to generate new loan flow.
This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced salesperson with commercial real estate experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver loan originations through new broker and correspondent relationships that will provide new loan opportunities on a consistent basis.
- Client management and loan lead follow-up through the CRM system.
- Work with senior team members to convert leads into closed loans and develop repeat business with the referral sources.
- We do business on a national scale so excellent sales skills and heavy phone contact is required.
Qualifications & Experience (No exceptions, please)
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
- Commercial real estate experience required; some commercial mortgage experience highly desired.
- High achiever, honest, persistent and hard working.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- California Real Estate Salesperson’s License
